Revenue Rescue is operated by DP Bills LLC. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our missed-call response and customer-service communications.

Information we collect

We may process telephone numbers, call status and timing, message content, opt-in or opt-out status, and technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We also receive information you voluntarily provide when you call, text, or contact us.

How we use information

We use information to forward calls, acknowledge unanswered inquiries, respond to customers, honor messaging preferences, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help deliver the service, including telecommunications and infrastructure providers such as Twilio and Cloudflare, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
